304 stainless steel ball

304 stainless steel balls are among the most widely used types of steel balls on the market. They can be applied in medical devices, chemical industry, aerospace, and plastic hardware—including perfume bottles, sprayers, valves, nail polish containers, motors, switches, electric irons, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, pharmaceutical products, auto parts, bearings, instruments, and baby bottles.

316/316L stainless steel ball

316 Stainless Steel: Primarily used in fields such as medical devices, food machinery, cosmetic accessories, body jewelry, and instrumentation. The 316 stainless steel ball is a product with relatively high requirements and is typically employed in specialized industries including medical devices, chemical processing, aerospace, and aviation—such as perfume bottles, sprayers, valves, nail polish containers, body jewelry, and mobile phone circuit boards.

420/420C Stainless Steel Ball

As a representative of martensitic stainless steels, 420 stainless steel balls combine high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and a certain degree of toughness. After heat treatment (quenching and tempering), they also exhibit outstanding corrosion resistance and polishability. They have good machinability and are ideally suited for manufacturing parts that endure high loads and high wear resistance.

440C stainless steel ball

440C steel balls are spherical components made from high-carbon, high-chromium martensitic stainless steel. Their characteristics fully leverage the core performance of 440C steel and, combined with their “spherical shape,” make them ideal for applications such as bearings, grinding, and precision transmissions—resulting in three key advantages: hardness, wear resistance, and rust resistance.

SUS420/SUS420C stainless steel ball

420 stainless steel balls are commonly used in industries that demand both high precision and excellent rust resistance: motorcycle parts, pulleys, stainless steel bearings, plastic bearings, crafts, valves, and petroleum applications.

440/440C stainless steel ball

The microstructure of this steel is martensitic, and its production process has high technical requirements. There are relatively few domestic enterprises capable of producing stainless steel 440C; thus, companies that can manufacture 440C materials often earn the reputation of being special-grade stainless steel producers. The heat treatment process is rather complex and prone to cracking, while also demanding high precision. This steel is the hardest stainless steel ball among all steel balls: its Rockwell hardness (HRC) is ≥58. Its hardness is comparable to that of bearing steel balls, yet it boasts superior rust- and corrosion-resistant properties.

201 stainless steel ball

Stainless steel balls are used in a variety of hardware industries, handicrafts, and plastic products, such as lamps, switches, motorcycle parts, luggage and bags, bearings, and die-cast components.
