Company Profile

Tai'an Zhencheng Steel Ball Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in June 2015. Located in the Gangcheng Industrial Park of Ningyang County, it covers an area of 13,334 square meters, with a total building area of 3,000 square meters. Its main business scope is the processing and sale of steel balls; its products are marketed both domestically and internationally. The company produces 3,000 tons of steel balls annually, generating annual sales revenue of RMB 32 million.

Our company currently employs 58 staff members, including one general manager, one production plant manager, two safety administrators, and seven department heads. Two employees hold valid safety training certificates, one holds a special equipment operation certificate, and two hold electric welding certificates.

The manufacturing process is as follows: procurement of wire rod → wire drawing → cold heading → bright finishing → heat treatment → quenching → tempering → hard grinding → polishing → ball boiling → stringing into buckets → selective sorting → finished-product packaging → sales.
