The acrylic resin is a colorless, cylindrical granule with a smooth surface; the particle size ranges from 2 mm to 5 mm in any direction, and it contains no mechanical impurities. The powder is an off-white, free of agglomerates;合格品 may exhibit a slight yellowish tint. Polypropylene resin is non‑toxic, with a density of 0.90–0.91 g/cm³, making it one of the lightest among general‑purpose plastics. It exhibits excellent mechanical and heat‑resistance properties, with a service temperature range of –30°C to 140°C. Additionally, it boasts superior electrical insulation and chemical stability, virtually non‑hygroscopic, and chemically inert when exposed to most chemicals. However, it is corrosive when in contact with fuming sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, chromic acid solutions, halogens, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, and similar substances.
