Detailed Introduction
Product Description:
Material: Zirconia
Diameter: 1.0–7.5 mm;
Precision grade: G5. Precision: Used in precision instruments, aerospace, and other fields; exhibits excellent dimensional stability and significantly enhanced wear resistance.
G10 precision: Suitable for sanding machines and other grinding equipment, with a sphericity of 98% and low wear, making it ideal for high-efficiency grinding.
Hardness: HV1200–1300
Features: Zirconia balls exhibit high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior chemical stability.
Stability: Resistant to high temperatures (2200°C), insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid, and dilute sulfuric acid, and structurally stable under both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres at elevated temperatures.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acidic environments with a pH ≤ 3; under high-temperature conditions, the maximum operating temperature does not exceed 600°C.
Applications: Ceramic materials are widely used in industrial grinding, precision machining, and the processing of special materials, with applications spanning multiple industries.
Physical properties:
Corrosion resistance: Zirconia balls exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, withstanding the attack of a wide range of acidic and alkaline solutions; however, they may degrade under strongly alkaline conditions.
Wear resistance: Outstanding wear resistance; under high-speed grinding conditions, the wear rate is 40% lower than that of steel balls. Compressive strength exceeds 150 kgf, enabling it to withstand the mechanical impacts associated with high-speed operation of sanding machines.
Magnetic properties: The material itself is non-magnetic, but its magnetic behavior can be induced by doping with metal ions such as iron, cobalt, or nickel.
