Detailed introduction
Product description:
Material: Zirconia
Diameter: 1.0–7.5 mm;
Accuracy Grade: G5 Accuracy—Applied in fields such as precision instruments and aerospace, featuring excellent dimensional stability and significantly enhanced wear resistance.
G10 Precision: Suitable for grinding equipment such as sand mills, with a sphericity of up to 98%. Low wear rate, ideal for high-efficiency grinding.
Hardness: HV1200-1300
Features: Zirconia balls boast high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior chemical stability.
Stability: Resistant to high temperatures (2200℃), insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid, and dilute sulfuric acid, and structurally stable under high-temperature oxidation/reduction atmospheres.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to acidic environments with pH ≤ 3; under high-temperature conditions, the maximum tolerable temperature is not exceeding 600℃.
Applications: Ceramic materials widely used in industrial grinding, precision machining, and the processing of special materials—these materials find applications across a variety of industries.
Physical properties:
Corrosion Resistance: Zirconia balls exhibit good corrosion resistance and can withstand the erosion of various acidic and alkaline solutions; however, they may degrade under strongly alkaline conditions.
Wear Resistance: Outstanding wear resistance—under high-speed grinding conditions, the wear rate is 40% lower than that of steel balls. The crushing strength exceeds 150 kgf, enabling it to withstand the mechanical impact generated by the high-speed operation of sanding machines.
Magnetic properties: It does not possess magnetism by itself, but it can be endowed with magnetic properties through doping with metal ions (such as iron, cobalt, and nickel).
