Tai'an Zhencheng Steel Ball Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in June 2015. Located in the Gangcheng Industrial Park, Ningyang County, the company occupies a site of 13,334 square meters, with a total building area of 3,000 square meters. Its primary business scope includes the processing and sale of steel balls, with products marketed both domestically and internationally. The company has an annual production capacity of 3,000 tons of steel balls, generating annual sales revenue of 32 million yuan.

Our company currently has 58 employees, including 1 general manager, 1 production plant manager, 2 safety administrators, and 7 department heads. Additionally, we have 2 employees who have obtained safety training certificates, 1 employee with a special equipment operation certificate, and 2 employees holding welding certifications.

The manufacturing process is as follows: purchase wire → wire drawing → cold heading → ball peening → heat treatment → quenching → tempering → hard grinding → polishing → ball annealing → stringing into barrels → selective sorting → final product packaging → sales.
