Detailed introduction
Application areas:
304 stainless steel balls are among the most widely used types of steel balls on the market. They can be applied in medical devices, chemical industry, aerospace, and plastic hardware—including perfume bottles, sprayers, valves, nail polish containers, motors, switches, irons, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, pharmaceutical products, auto parts, bearings, instruments, and baby bottles.
Features:
A typical example of austenitic steel is generally non-magnetic, but it becomes magnetic after being subjected to a polishing process. The magnetism can be removed by demagnetization. Its HRC rating is ≤26. It exhibits excellent rust- and corrosion-resistant properties.
Comparison:
304HC stainless steel balls are softer and easier to machine than 304 stainless steel balls, while 304L stainless steel balls offer superior rust and corrosion resistance compared to both of the above types. They are easy to weld, have excellent polishability, and are particularly well-suited for industries with high surface finish requirements.
